- Your account continues working. You'll be prompted to subscribe to keep using preview environments. Task tracking remains accessible.
- Can I use FlightDesk without preview environments?
- Yes. The subscription includes the shared task workflow, QA handoff, GitHub integration, and supporting review feedback. Preview environments are optional, and you pay metered compute only when you use them.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. $5 credits reset each billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit cards via Stripe. Invoicing available for annual plans (contact us).
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your subscription. Compute usage is non-refundable.
